FMI’s founding management team has 12 people with over 200 years of combined experience in medical imaging and therapy.

Founded Fused Multimodality Imaging and FMI Technologies and has raised angel funding of $3M.

With his leadership, FMI Technologies Inc. (“FMI”) has developed an ultra high resolution diagnostic imaging technology that can be combined with drugs and molecular tracers for early detection and monitoring of neurodegenerative disorders.  FMI’s PET/CT/SPECT system offers a superior and more cost-effective solution that enables advanced therapy and possible cures for Alzheimer’s disease (“Alzheimer’s” or “AD”), Vascular Dementia, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias.  In addition, its unique Fused Multimodality Imaging will offer the data critical to earlier physician diagnosis of stroke, and head and neck cancers than are possible with current technology. FMI’s mantra is “Drugs need Imaging and Imaging needs Drugs” for early asymptomatic diagnostics and personalized medicine. FMI provides “Point of Care Diagnostics” for neurological diseases.

He has over 30 years experience in medical imaging systems research, design, development, clinical applications, medical marketing and sales, manufacturing, FDA medical devices, executive management and entrepreneurial company development.

He has made significant contributions to computed tomography (CT), gamma camera development, single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), positron emission tomography (PET), digital radiography (DR),  PET/CT/SPECT multimodality imaging systems, image analysis, image processing, quantization of medical and industrial images, and industrial volume computed tomography. 

He has high energy leadership skills for high technology product development, clinical research and development, marketing, sales, and overall corporate business development.

During his career, he has founded seven companies in the high technology imaging arena.  He holds over 14 patents and has several patents pending.
